The Mormons would not let me speak at my Dad's funeral

i was excommunicated for "apostasy".
that was their rationale for not allowing me to speak at his funeral last month.

Stupidology and its findings
by Terry insince the early 1800's in america a number of new religions have appeared.. the church of jesus christ of latter day saints (mormons), christian science, jehovah's witnesses, scientology, etc.. there are elements in common.. some individual makes unprovable claims, untestable assertions and crafts unusual doctrines which dovetail in some ways with established beliefs while.
simultaneously and radically replacing them.. mormons produce a better and purer revelation in their book of mormon.. scientologists piggy-back off of psychiatry and gnosticism while inventing a new technology which eliminates infestations by alien beings trapped inside humans.. jehovah's witnesses claim leadership by a governing body as a sole channel of communicating escape plans from the imminent war of god on humans.. and so forth.... .
practioners of these religions must sooner or later grapple with disproofs which include discoveries made public of lies, misrepresentations and duplicity.. yet, the majority of adherents selectively dismiss such revelations as a test of their own faith and an opportunity to demonstrate solidarity.. a close examination of this self-reinforced refusal to confront disputatious rebuttal of doctrine i choose to call stupidology.. .

Since WTBT$ is still NGO members in the U.K, Russia & Belgium how can we contact them and file a petition that WT is NOT following their charter and letting the rights of its members leave WITHOUT persecution from the congregations & families?

christian conscience
by alfredjones100 ini have a question i'd like to ask long time witnesses and hopefully get serious answers ... if there is one.. can anyone tell me any area of life that active witnesses are totally free to use their own christian conscience on a matter?.
(for example, one that has not been commented on by wt articals).

How many of you followed the WTS direction on education years ago and have been screwed by it?
by Julia Orwell ini'm really interested in this question because i've heard for years that if you forgo further education and go pioneering, when you have a family down the track you will get a good job because jehovah will provide for you because you pioneered.
as long as i was a kool-aid drinker, even then, i thought, "how does pioneering pay your bills?
surely education should come first.

My husband & I are 49 & 51. When I was a teenager, I asked my folks if I could become a veternarian and was told 'No, armeggedon is right around the corner. My teeth are so crowded that I have a tooth that sticks straight out and cuts my lip if I'm bumped in the mouth, but my mom told me 'Oh just a wait a little bit for braces, the new system will take care of that. So now I have problems chewing and my teeth are crumbling"
Same thing with hubby. Wanted to pursue a career in baseball. But because the new system was coming very soon, we quit school because that was what you did back then.
So now, we're facing retirement in about 15 years. Our Social Security [according to our latest statment they send you] won't be enough for our living expenses. My husband works at a farm that raises game birds, which is physical hard labor. We live from paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford a newer car. Mine has 215,000 miles on it.
Even when hubby was regular pioneering, God did not grow $$$ on trees and he had to come off the list.
AND, most Elders we know, left the org. to make their $$$ when they were in their 20's & 30's and now get up on the platform and tell us how to live a life of service to God.
Sorry, but we no longer buy into that because we have been faithful JW's for 40+ years and we have nothing.

Our attitude toward apostates should be that of David, who declared: 'Do I not hate those who are intensely hating you, O Jehovah, and do I not feel a loathing for those revolting against you? Homeschooling VS public/private schooling

I home schooled my daughter [Gojira101] at a teacher's recommendation because the schools in AZ are so bad that she wouldn't get the attention she needed because she was functionally illiterate [Slight dyslexia and comprehension issues] until age 9. So I started working with her and was using the 'Creation' book at her grandmother's suggestion. BAD IDEA! too complicated to teach someone to read. So I got a bunch of Dr. Suess books and started with the basics.
To get certified in AZ, to home-school, I had to go and take the same test that public school teachers take.
She worked hard and I'm so proud of her because... She took her GED at age 16. PASSED. Pioneered for 1 1/2 years then went to a technical college for Sign language interpreting. was an honor student had a 3.8 GPA
Now she is the newsletter editor of the state RID [Regional Interpreting Dept] board, but was just nominated for the secretary position on the board of directors.
Because of her training for interpreting and reading body language and gestures, she is now working on an article for JWStruggle. Sorry JJ if I ruined the surprise.
She has always been a great kid and has married a great guy [who has recently come out because of TTATT]
Point is: It CAN be done successfully

It's going to be difficult to do a neutral talk since WTB$ has brought most of this persecution on themselves.
One of those links in that article quotes a psychologist [? probably slaughtered the spelling] as saying that JW's are raising a new generation of serial killers
